In accordance with the Regulation (UE) 2016/679 (named “Regulation”), this page describes the management procedures concerning the processing of personal data of users that browse the website www.cbcgroup.it

These information does not apply to other sites, pages or online services accessible via hypertext links published on the website but referring to external resources.

TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED

Information provided by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary dispatch of messages by the users through online forms, involves subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address necessary to answer to requests, as well as of any other personal data included in the message.

Navigation data

The information system and software procedures through which this website operates will acquire certain personal details whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

This data category includes IP addresses or the domain names of computers used by users, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of such requests, the method used for submitting the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code related to the server response status (successful, error, etc…) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user information environment.

These data are necessary to use web services and are also processed in order to:

  • Get statistics on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc…)
  • Check the proper operation of the services offered

Navigation data is not kept for more than seven days and are then immediately cancelled after their aggregation (with the exception of criminal investigation by the judicial authorities).

Moreover, information related to requested services for booking or cancellation purposes are recorded.

The treatment is done with the purpose of letting the user browse the website and contact us through the contact form.

 DATA RECEIPIENTS

The personal data collected are managed by the staff of C.B.C. spa that acts on the basis of the specific instructions laid down by article 29 of the Regulation on the purpose and method of data processing.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The interested parties have the right to obtain from C.B.C. spa based on the articles 15-22 of GDPR:

  1. Notice about whether or not information on them exists;
  2. Indications about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and when possible, the retention period;
  3. Correction and deletion of personal data;
  4. Limitation of treatment;
  5. Portability of data, meaning, receive data from a data owner in a specific format commonly used and readable by automatic device, and transmit them to another data owner without impediments;
  6. Opposition to the treatment at any time and also in the case of treatment for direct marketing purposes;
  7. Opposition to an automated decision-making process concerning natural persons, including profiling;
  8. Access to personal data and the correction/cancellation of these or the limitation of the treatment or the opposition to the treatment or the right of data portability;
  9. Revocation of consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Interested parties who believe that personal data processing through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as laid down by article 77 of Regulation, or to appeal to judicial offices
